Center Chief Workshop & Financial Literacy Program

Center Chief Workshop and financial literacy programs are conducted from time to time at the branch level with the objective of imparting knowledge on financial literacy to the members and discussing various other issues. During the program mainly discusses the services provided by the organization, loan utilization and entrepreneurship. Members also keep their queries, complaints and proposals. Which is addressed by the representative present from the organization. At the end of the program, some of the best members and the best centers are awarded .

Member Exposure Visit

In order to motivate the members towards entrepreneurship by conducting observation visits to various agricultural and other business firms. In addition, the families of the members have also participate at the visit in the business and tourist areas of the country.

Scholarship

To encourage the children of the members for higher education, a scholarship of Rs. 10,000 has been awarded from each branch to one male and one female student who has get top rank in SEE.

Children's Study Center

A children's study center has been operated targeting the underprivileged and Dalit children who are deprived of access to quality education at the community level. In that study center, competent facilitators of the respective communities provide education for the children at appropriate times according to their educational conditions.

Skill Development Training

In this training the organization provide skill to the member for motivate to income generate work. The training was based on member demand and their occupation.

Refresher Training & Financial Literacy Program

Refresher Training and Financial Literacy Program is a regular activities. During the program the discussion is for changes in policy and program, member progress and other topic.The center chief has also change for the next one year.

Relief and Help

Corona epidemic (Covid 19) and the lock down to control it has create a critical situation to member. So the organization has provided food aid to the members as a relief in the food crisis. In the first phase, the staff distributed the material directly , while in the second phase, the food material was hand over to the local body.
